After 12 weeks training you will be able to facilitate our globally patented one day programme and help others live mindfully, achieve their full potential and really flourish in their lives. Undergoing foundation training courses and sharing the benefits of mindfulness with others helps our own practice, our understanding of mindfulness grows and reap benefits.

This Foundational Training is intended for those who wish to facilitate Mindfulness foundation programs or elements from it. It is an opportunity for those who would like to integrate mindfulness and self-compassion in their ongoing professional activities and individuals who have a professional interest in this field.

Offered during the course of training program:
Participants need to commit 12 weeks in which the first 4 weeks focus on LMS and 5 Live Sessions and the final 3 weeks focus on the certification phase.
To achieve certification you will need to complete the following:

At the end of the sessions, you will submit the portfolio which will be assessed.
Certified trainers from Mindfulness Foundation Training Program may facilitate MSC’s One day mindfulness workshop to companies, organizations and nonprofits. Participation in the Training program must complete the program and certification process.

A certification panel will guide to ensure proficiency and expertise of all prospective trainers. Direct and actionable feedback will be given to participants with a certification review at the end of the program. Once the certification review is complete and found satisfactory, a certificate will be issued.
Your certification will be valid for one year, after which there will be an annual recertification at cost of US $50.
Certified Participants are trained to facilitate MSC’s One day Mindfulness Workshop. For conducting multi-day or residential mindfulness programs and retreats requires further training.
This course has international accreditation from Continuing Professional Development (C.P.D.) Certification Service, UK.
This course has international accreditation from International Coaching Federation (ICF).
